Packaged Design
English Three or Four-pass Wet-back or dry-back design boilers can be
provided either as complete shop assembled units, with or without the burner,
trim or controls, for a field installation.
Long-Lasting Operation
Standard boiler design is based on 5 sq. ft. per boiler HP heating surface.
Large furnace volume provides for complete combustion and optimized heat
transfer. Furnace tube is positioned so as to minimize failures due to
sludge buildup at the bottom of the boiler, while at the same time providing
an ample water level over the furnace tube to accommodate rapid load swings.
Operation & Maintainability
No proprietary components are used in order to allow for fast and
inexpensive servicing by most boiler service companies. Only name brand
industry standard valves, controls, burners and flame safeguard systems are
used.
Hinged or davit front and rear doors provide quick and easy access to the
boiler tubes. Strategically located hand holes and a water cooled
manway on wet-back designed boilers provide access to the return chamber
and furnace for inspection and maintenance.
International Quality
Designed and fabricated in accordance with the guidelines of the ASME Code.
Both "S" and "U" stamp boilers are provided depending on the design pressure
and/or temperature. All boilers are inspected by Hartford Steam Boiler
Inspection and Insurance Company.
Warranty
Warranty for material and labor is 12 months from start-up or 18 months from
shipment whichever comes first.
